Patrick Menucci calls for the legalization of cannabis

New news report from Marseille. During the night of June 24th to 25th, two men were shot and killed with Kalashnikovs in their car in a parking lot in a housing project in the 15th arrondissement. Patrick Menucci is a strong advocate for legalization of cannabis in France, not necessarily for economic and political stakes, but first and foremost to protect the youth of Marseilles neighborhoods that he knows particularly well.
