From her father, she learned a taste for music and cannabis, which grew in the family garden, and from her mother a love of cooking. Her book is a way of sharing part of her family heritage with the world.

However, she warns against cannabis abuse, and her recipes are limited to 5mg THC to achieve the «moderate and joyful» effect her father loved (one dose is usually equivalent to 10mg THC).
