The Linx Eden: a discreet, affordable convection vaporizer
The Linx Eden is the latest portable vaporizer from Linx Vapor. Despite its Storm, Eden offers a number of interesting features in a device of assured quality.
Designed as a high-end vaporizer, the Eden is suitable for dry herbs and concentrates. The Eden offers four predefined settings to satisfy taste lovers and big vapers, from 182°C to 220°C. Made exclusively from high-quality materials, the air duct is truly isolated from other parts. In other words, no plastic taste during initial use.
The heating chamber is made of quartz, still unusual for dry herb vaporizers, and can hold from 0.1 to 0.25g of material. Even more unusual is the Eden's ability to vaporize both concentrates and dry herbs, thanks to «lava plates» that can be inserted into the heating chamber to dissociate the different layers. The heating technology used is convection, guaranteeing better-preserved aromas than with conduction.
Steam production is weak at the lower temperatures, and may be lacking for taste enthusiasts who prefer the two higher temperature settings. In hand, the Eden also heats up more than average, which may bother some users. The mouthpiece is made of glass and is quite pleasant. A magnetic cap protects it once the session is over.
The Linx Eden box contains :
- 1 instruction manual
- the vaporizer, with quartz chamber and magnetic cap
- a cleaning brush
- 3 mouthpieces
- 1 USB-C charger
- 4 protective screens
- 3 «lava plates»
- 1 silicone case
All that's missing is a dab tool for handling concentrates, and the box would really be complete.
The Linx Eden is available 99€ at Vaposhop.
