That's exactly what these cannabis dispensers are for, for people who find themselves in countries that have opted for legalization.
In 2014, the dispensary Pain Society, located in British Columbia, has set up its first cannabis dispensary.
Customers of this dispensary could choose from several varieties of cannabis. For 20$, they had 3.5g of weed, and for 50$, 14g. Smaller quantities were of course available for patients who didn't need as much.
That same year, vending machines appeared in some Colorado dispensaries to sell space food to their customer.

After seeing the success of these machines, the city of Seattle decided to give them a try. In February 2015, Seattle, Washington became the first city in the US to sell weed via these vending machines.
These dispensers now have more features: touch screens, information on the different varieties present and on the products, mini-games, rolling sheets, oils and other products. extractions...
