Chrontella, the Nutella of Canadian stoners
We said yesterday that the space food industry was coming out with new products every day: now it’s time for the Chrontella, Nutella for stoners and Canadian patients.
The 416 Medicinal Health Center A Toronto-based company has mixed 300 mg of cannabis concentrate into Nutella to create this spread that will give you the munchies, while satisfying your hunger.
Each bottle, which contains only the equivalent of three servings, costs a good 20$.
Manufactured by Cannavis, a company that specializes in cannabis extraction and has recently been moving toward space food, Chrontella isn’t the only spread on their shelves. The company has also developed Pif, a cannabis-infused peanut butter inspired by the original Jif, and a jam called Smokers—a play on the name of the Smucker’s jam brand.
That would make for one heck of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich—if only it weren't only available in Canada!
We'll just remember that the Cannabis Nutella isn't really anything new, and we've already told you about the Nugtella, which is based in the United States. The company had, in fact, drawn the ire of Ferrero for using a design that was too similar to the original. If we were Cannavis, we’d be wary!
