This pizza comes with a cardboard pipe for the 420
Cannabis use often leads to uncontrollable cravings for food—and sometimes for pizza. The Push for Pizza mobile app has all those stoners in mind and has come up with the perfect pairing.
The app recently teamed up with the design studio Nikolas Gregory to create a very special pizza box: the top is pre-cut so you can make a cardboard pipe out of it. The small plastic piece that usually prevents the top of the box from touching the pizza is transformed into a mouthpiece: of course, it’s not made of plastic but of white ceramic that can withstand high temperatures.
«It’s common to feel hungry after smoking. It’s also typical to quickly order a pizza to satisfy that craving. We’re aware of these habits and have decided to combine these two interests into a single product,» announced Cyrus Summerlin, co-founder of Push for Pizza.
«The pizza arrived before the munchies set in, which makes for a more relaxed and enjoyable experience without having to wait for delivery,» he adds. «And the pipe comes free. It’s made from 100% recyclable materials.».
But can it really last? «The pipe should last a while,» says Symmerlin, who assures us that the pipe has been tested. «Unless you’re really clumsy with your lighter, it won’t burn out.»
So far, only the prototype has been built, but Push for Pizza fully intends to bring it to market depending on public reception. If demand is strong enough for the 420, some units will be produced.
And if the project were to move into larger-scale production, the ceramic sleeve would need to be replaced with a recyclable plant-based plastic.

Oh, and there's no way Domino's or Pizza Rabbit would do that in France. The app is only available in the United States.
