Is the 60% CBD hash legal in France?
In the wake of the cannabis light sold in Switzerland, KannaSwiss, a Swiss company dedicated to the cannabidiol (CBD), has developed a legal cannabis resin with a high CBD content. Its low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the psychoactive molecule in cannabis, in fact respects the legal limit in Switzerland, less than 1%. The company also offers hashish varieties with variable cannabidiol levels: 10 %, 20 %, 30 % and up to 60 %.

Hash KanaSwiss with 60% CBD
Ivan Enderli, co-founder of KannaSwiss, was delighted with the new product: «I've been working in this sector for over 20 years, and I have to say I'm speechless. Its flavor and overall appearance are irresistible. It's a total game changer. I'm proud of this hashish CBD-based. In fact, I think it's amazing.»
Cannabis resin with high CBD content
KannaSwiss was founded in 2014 and specializes in CBD products. It claims to be the largest online store specializing in CBD products in Europe.
KannaSwiss CBD hashish has been in the works for several months. Getting the right texture and aroma profiles for this cannabis resin has been the most complicated part.
Boris Blatnik, KannaSwiss Sales Director, says: »Anticipation is power, reaction is pain,» he says of the booming CBD business.
Before its official launch, over 400kg have already been ordered by customers.
Legal hash in France?
KannaSwiss clearly states that its hash complies with Swiss limits, but is higher than 0.2% THC. It will therefore not be legal in France, although the CBD is legal in France. However, another product caught our eye: a CBD Crystal Hash with 0.18% THC, and therefore below the French limit. This hash, produced by CBD420, [was] available from our friends at Karrabiswiss at 20CHF per 1.2g for a CBD content of +30%.
