Cannavid 2: the survey on the impact of COVID-19 on cannabis users returns

Last Friday saw the opening of the second part of the survey «CANNAVID: Study on the impact of Covid-19 on the uses, practices and health of regular cannabis users», the first part of which took place during the #1 confinement.

This research is anonymous and complies with the RGPD. To take part, you must be a daily cannabis user (before confinement), be of legal age, live in France and understand the

How did the first part of Cannavid turn out?

The results of CANNAVID 1 show that confinement has had deleterious effects on the health of a proportion of daily cannabis users, depending on their consumption.

Overall, people who have maintained a stable level of consumption have unchanged health data and are in the best health, compared with those who have reduced, increased or stopped their consumption.

On the other hand, those who stopped using cannabis, whether by choice or by compulsion, reported more anxiety and depressive symptoms, more pain and mood disorders.
