[VIDEO] F1 Hybrids explained: the exclusive interview with RQS
Present at MJBizCon In Las Vegas, at the largest cannabis trade show in the United States, Newsweed met with Maxence, a representative of Royal Queen Seeds (RQS), for an interview on a topic that is attracting increasing interest: F1 Hybrids.
Established in the United States for the past three to four years, the Dutch seed bank continues to grow in a highly competitive market. But beyond its international expansion, RQS is now focusing on a new generation of genetics: F1 varieties.
Well known in traditional agriculture, particularly for tomatoes, F1 hybrids are based on the principle of heterosis, or hybrid vigor.
