France is world champion (in cannabis prohibition)
Edito. Let's not get carried away: the French soccer team is the World Champion.
And while everyone will be looking to draw lessons from this victory, there is one subject that is currently under discussion. perpetual defeat since 1970 public policy on drugs, particularly cannabis.
And if Didier Deschamps has used the mistakes of the past (such as Knysna) to set up a daring global project, why shouldn't he do the same for a subject that affects, at the very least, 41% of the French population? For which 144,000 people are questioned every year, mainly for simple use that depends solely on individual freedom, so dear to Emmanuel Macron ? Not to mention the 300,000 to 3 million French people who could use it for legal and controlled therapeutic purposes?
And to stop making France the world champion of cannabis prohibition?
