Recipe: banana-avocado smoothie with CBD

CBD Avocado Smoothie

Dosage : 5 mg of CBD per person
Ingredients
- 10 mg of CBD tincture
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 banana
- 35 cl of coconut water
- 1.5 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped basil
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- a bowl of ice cubes
- agave syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit
- Put the avocado flesh in a blender
- Peel the banana, cut it into small pieces, and add them to the blender
- Add the drops of CBD tincture, coconut water, lemon juice, sugar, ginger, and chopped basil to the blender
- Blend. Add the ice cubes and blend again.
- Pour into two glasses and taste it
- Add agave syrup to taste
