Green Box: CBD & terpenes limited edition

Green Box, in partnership with FreakXtract, brings you the first box with a do-it-yourself e-liquid.

The Green Box CBD & terpenes contains :

• a K-pin mini e-cigarette
• 1 vial of 1mL Cali Terpenes: GG4, White Fire OG, OG Kush, Tangie or Critical, randomly selected from the boxes. The composition of terpene profiles can be found here.
• 1 vial of PG and 1 vial of VG
• 1 empty FreakXtract vial for mixing and storing e-liquids
• 1g CBD crystal
• 1 full instruction leaflet on how to make e-liquid

FreakXtract is a crew of CBD enthusiasts specializing in the Do It Yourself concept. In terms of e-liquids, FreakXtract offers on their store DIY CBD kits, which are more economical and allow you to create one or more CBD e-liquids according to the kit, with a CBD concentration chosen by the user, and a choice of flavors and terpenes.

How to make your own CBD e-liquid with the FreakXtract DIY kit?

1/ First, choose the CBD concentration of your e-liquid. Using a digital scale, weigh out the amount of CBD needed to make your e-liquid.

Here are some dosage examples:

2/ Then choose your PG/VG dosage. Cannabidiol crystals are difficult to dissolve in vegetable glycerine (VG), so it's essential to first dissolve them in 100% pure propylene glycol (PG), then add the glycerine (VG) once the CBD crystals have completely melted.

To establish your PG/VG ratio, here are some dosage examples:

PG is a flavour carrier providing a pronounced hit*, while VG provides vapour density.
* Hit: sensation of smoke passing down the throat

The steps :

1/Put the PG base and CBD crystals in the 15ml FreakyBottle.
Place the closed bottle on a source of indirect heat (e.g. radiators, internet box, etc.) and leave for several hours, shaking regularly.

2/Once the CBD crystals have been diluted, allow the mixture to cool before adding your terpene profile using the syringe provided.
Caution: heat will evaporate the terpenes.
Be careful not to exceed a concentration of 4% of terpenes in the total volume of your recipe,
an excess of flavor and aroma that can be unpleasant.
Close and shake the bottle.

3/The step/maturation period ideally lasts 1 week, to develop the aromatic power of the terpenes.
Practice in 2 steps:
-Let the PG + CBD + Terpenes blend stand for at least 3 days.
-Then add the VG base, close and shake.
Leave your mixture to rest for a further 4 days, so you can fully appreciate its flavours.

4/After this rest period, discover all the benefits of your DIY CBD e-liquid!
Tip for e-cigarette beginners: before you start vaping, make sure you let your resistor soak in e-liquid, otherwise it may burn out.
The ideal temperature for CBD e-liquids is 180°C. Beyond this, the CBD risks being denatured.
