Cannabis Europa Paris 2026: D-2 - Discover the list of participants!
With two days to go to the event, the pressure is mounting around Cannabis Europa Paris which will take place on February 19, 2026 at the’Hotel de l'Industrie. Organized by Prohibition Partners, This new edition comes at a pivotal time: France is about to take a decisive step towards the widespread use of cannabis for medical purposes.
More than 250 public decision-makers, industrialists, healthcare professionals and investors are expected to attend the prestigious Saint-Germain-des-Prés venue. The aim is clear: to shed light on the decisions that will shape the future French model, drawing on the experience of countries that have already embarked on this path, such as Canada, Luxembourg, Switzerland and the United States.
A strategic debate on pricing and management
The highlight of this year's edition concerns the sensitive issue of pricing and reimbursement. As the French experiment draws to a close, and the prospect of a general roll-out becomes clearer, the economic model remains one of the main question marks.
What price levels will ensure both patient access and producer viability? What role will the French health insurance system play? How can prescribing and dispensing be organized within a secure framework? These are just some of the questions that will be addressed, with elements presented as exclusive, and which could directly influence future regulatory choices.
“Made in France” and integrated into the care pathway
The morning session will be devoted to the transition to widespread use: national production, parameters of care and the role of healthcare organizations in securing the device. The theme of “Made in France” promises to be central, as several industrial players are already positioning themselves for a future domestic sector.
The afternoon will open the debate on the diversity of formats and products, as well as on the integration of medical cannabis into the care pathway. International experiences will serve as a compass for avoiding the pitfalls observed elsewhere and adapting best practices to the French context.
Speakers include These include representatives from associations, hospitals, the legal profession and industry, illustrating the desire for cross-disciplinary dialogue at a time when the subject is gradually moving from the experimental arena to that of public policy.
As France prepares to decide on the future of medical cannabis, Cannabis Europa Paris could well be one of the last major forums for debate before the system is actually implemented.
