He is offering a minimum of 65,000$ per year per employee for the five new partners in his venture. The profiles sought are those of people who have already been working in the cannabis business in Colorado for at least 2 years, and will need to have an empty criminal record, a valid medical cannabis card and training in the legal cannabis industry.
Brand spokesperson Micheal Browman told the Daily Beast: «We're an anti-Wal-Mart model. Internally, that's how we describe ourselves. Indeed, Willie Nelson strives to make the local economy work, selecting the best possible products from small local producers with a minimal carbon footprint. In addition to being a cannabis distributor, Willie's crew is also expected to provide its own production for its range of products, from simple weed heads to THC concentrate .
