He is offering a minimum of 65,000$ per year per employee for the five new partners in his venture. The profiles sought are those of people who have already been working in the cannabis business in Colorado for at least 2 years, and will need to have an empty criminal record, a valid medical cannabis card and training in the legal cannabis industry.
