PARIS, March 10, 2020 – DelleD SAS («DelleD» or the «Company») announced today that it has entered into a strategic agreement with RYAH Medtech, Inc. («RYAH»), a New York-based company
specializing in big data and medical devices for the use of medicinal plants, with the goal of participating in France’s National Clinical Trial of Medical Cannabis in humans and distributing the RYAH medical device for inhaling cannabis flowers and its software platform on the French market.

The strategic agreement consists of two phases:

Pilot phase: DelleD will submit a comprehensive proposal to the ANSM (French National Agency for Medicines and Health Products) with RYAH supplying the medical devices (inhalers and cartridges) for the national trial of the medical marijuana. As part of the proposal, RYAH will provide inhalers that allow for the monitoring of inhaled doses, as well as Class I-certified cartridges from Health Canada and a HIPAA-compliant data collection software solution. DelleD will be responsible for hosting the HDS data, the cartridge filling process, quality control procedures, trial logistics, and data monitoring.

Sales phase: Both parties intend to develop a long-term business strategy in France. DelleD will be responsible for distributing RYAH medical devices (inhalers for dried cannabis flowers), supplying the flowers, filling and sealing the cartridges, and providing RYAH’s proprietary and secure software to the medical community in France.

«The strategic partnership with RYAH is very important for DelleD because it allows us to offer a solution to ensure the safe use of medical cannabis flowers by French patients during the first pilot program launched in France. Thanks to these partnerships, DelleD will be able to fill the cartridges and perform the Quality control in France for flowers selected by the ANSM. For several years now, DelleD has been committed to developing cannabis-based therapeutic solutions in France, and this marks a very promising step forward in providing patients with safe access to medical cannabis in France. This agreement with RYAH also facilitates the development and evaluation of future proprietary cannabis strains intended for specific medical conditions. «Said Franck Milone Delacourt, founding president of DelleD SAS.”.
