Charlotte's Web launches in France and Europe
Charlotte's web arrives in France through a collaboration with the Nous.Paris concept store.
Charlotte's web, pioneer and leader of the CBD market in the United States and Canada, markets CBD wellness products (capsules, oils, creams, etc.), until now available in Europe through its online platform.
An astonishing collaboration
Thanks to the liberalization of cannabis policies and the normalization of its use, Charlotte's web is preparing to expand its international operations. With this in mind, the company is restructuring internally. It has recently appointed a former Coca Cola executive on its management team.
Today, despite the unfavorable climate, the company intends to establish itself in France through this collaboration, before moving further afield into Europe. We're curious to see what will happen with the French authorities, who are waging a war against CBD and the use of it. search stores who sell them. Are the Paris police going to seize the products at Nous and check them?
This collaboration with Nous, a concept store run by former Colette employees who work on luxury brand imagery in the Rue Cambon environment, stands in stark contrast to the Stanley brothers' image.
The Stanley Brothers, owners of Charlotte's Web, are cannabis-growing brothers who emphasize the family and ethical aspect of their business. Their brand is called Charlotte's web, in reference to the little Charlotte Figi suffering from refractory epilepsy and to whom they manufactured her treatment (a CBD oil) free of charge from’a variety of cannabis which now bears the same name.
Will a low-key launch in a posh Parisian concept store be the best strategy for reaching Europe?
