Lhe Boundless CFC vaporizer is the first pen vaporizer from the brand, which used to release Mighty-type vaporizers.

Boundless CFC look

The first thing you notice is its relatively small size. It is just a little larger than the Gpen Elite and the Pax 2. For 89€, few other vaporizers can match it. Small size generally leads to technical choices, and therefore tends to drive up prices.

The vapo has a silicone-coated exterior and a small LED display above the vapo's buttons.

The Boundless CFC is USB-searchable and boasts 12 to 15 sessions, with a charge time of 2 to 3 hours.

The heating chamber is located under the mouthpiece. It is made of ceramic and is large enough to hold up to 0.3g of dried herbs. In the mouthpiece is the protective grid, which stands out in a rather original way in its plastic pod. The second protective grid is larger than the first. It fits perfectly into the oven and doesn't go into the mouthpiece, which is rather odd, given that it doesn't provide any additional protection.

We've had no response from the brand on its actual use. All we can say is that you can almost see the heating element under the oven, which raises the possibility of combustion, which we have not yet observed.

The Boundless CFC is supplied with :

Operating the CFC is very simple: 5 clicks on the button to switch it on and off, then two buttons to increase or decrease the temperature. The temperature can be set from 60 to 230°C, and we prefer temperatures between 180 and 210°C.

The CFC heats up in 30 seconds, producing a discreet but tasty vapor. However, the heating chamber is located just below the mouthpiece, which tends to heat the lips, especially at high temperatures.

In use, we regret :

• The rise in temperature of the vaporizer, which will be felt in the nozzle and on the silicone.
• The use of plastic for vapo, even if the air duct is separate from metal parts

On the other hand, we appreciate :

• The small size
• The price
• Good-quality steam, even if discreet

Verdict:

If we had to give it a grade, we'd give it a 7.5/10. At 89€, it's a very good entry-level model, with temperature control down to the degree, rapid heating and pleasant steam.
