A look back at the 2017 World Cannabis March in Paris
On April 19, 2017, between 3,000 and 5,000 people marched in Paris as part of the Global Cannabis March. This festive and activist event, which is part of the global movement for Global Marijuana March, is an annual opportunity to call for reform of cannabis laws.
That was the first time we paraded our bus there with a few rappers who were just there for the occasion: Biffty and Julius, the kings of boze, Marlo Flexxx and his MarloKush, and DJ Chess on the turntables.
As for the goodies, Green Box, OG Krunch or Weedmaps had flooded the Marche with leaves, T-shirts, and chocolates.
This year, the event, renamed Cannaparade, must build on the same foundation to bring even more people together. For those who weren’t there last year, we’re offering a look back at the 2017 World Cannabis March in Paris through photos and videos.
