The Cannaparade is a militant march organized in Paris to call for the legalization of cannabis in France. The procession departs from Place de la République at 2pm and reaches Place de la Nation via Boulevard Voltaire.
ADVERTISING
The event is supported by a coalition of associations: Act Up-Paris, ASUD, Cannabis Sans Frontières, CIRC, Parti du Cannabis en France, Fédération Addiction, Ligue des droits de l'Homme and NORML France.
The organizers denounce the effects of the current prohibitionist policy - fixed fines, criminal records, black market - and call for a reform of French cannabis legislation.
