2017 Cannabis events calendar
2016 had already been a busy year for cannabis-related events. 2017 is expected to be even busier, both in Europe and elsewhere. So here is the calendar of Cannabis Events in 2017. Not all dates have been announced yet. We will therefore update the events as the year progresses.
January 2017
High Time Business Summit
Los Angeles will host this conference for professionals in the cannabis industry on January 19 and 20. This will be the second edition, which will focus this time on recent changes in U.S. legislation and how to adapt to the various cannabis legalization measures.

February 2017
Cannabis Weeding Expo
The 3rd edition of the Cannabis Wedding Expo will be held on February 19 in Denver, Colorado. Dozens of exhibitors will be on hand to help visitors plan their weddings, with a unique twist: incorporating cannabis into their wedding celebrations. Visitors will also be able to smoke on-site in a designated area.

International Cannabis Business Conference
The International Cannabis Business Conference will bring together cannabis industry experts from around the world in San Francisco on February 17, 2017. Intended for all cannabis businesses (farmers, dispensary managers, cannabis-related businesses, and community activists), participants will learn about tools to grow their businesses as well as how to improve and protect cannabis laws.
The ICBC will also be in Berlin from April 10 to 12, 2017.

Canapa Mundi from Rome
The 3rd edition of the Rome Hemp Fair will be held from February 17 to 19 at the Palacavicchi. Bringing together European cannabis professionals (growing equipment, seed suppliers, accessories), the 2017 event hopes to surpass the 2016 edition, which had already attracted 16,000 visitors over three days.

March 2017
Spannabis from Barcelona
The 14th Annual Spannabis will take place March 10–12 in Barcelona. The expo will feature a wide range of exhibitors from all sectors related to cannabis: growing equipment, consumption accessories, clothing brands, and other solutions for testing cannabis quality. The 2016 edition attracted more than 3,000 industry professionals and 34,000 visitors over three days.

CannaTech Cannabis Innovation Summit
CannaTech is the premier event for entrepreneurs in the cannabis science and technology sector. To attend the trade show in Tel Aviv from March 20 to 22, expect more than 500€ the two-day ticket.
Abra Ca Dabs
The event takes place over three days in Adelanto, California. From March 24 to 26, this exhibition will open its doors to all fans of concentrates and unique consumption methods. A one-day ticket costs 70$, and a three-day pass costs 120$.

International Cannabis Business Conference Berlin
This international conference provides an overview of the global cannabis economy. Let’s get right to the heart of the matter by paying 400$ to gain access to the conference. This is an opportunity for potential investors to find partners from April 10 to 12, 2017.
Global March for Cannabis
The 2017 Global Cannabis March is scheduled to take place on April 20 throughout France and will conclude on April 29 in Paris.
A group of walkers will set out from Rennes on April 20 and cover 420 km over 9 days. They are scheduled to arrive in Paris on Saturday, April 29, at 2 p.m. at Bastille, and the walk will conclude around 4 p.m. at République.
In other cities in France, the dates and events have not yet been set.
The 2016 Global Cannabis March had drawn more than 3,000 people across France. This is our chance to do much better!

High Times Cannabis Cup Southern California
This year's Southern California High Times Cannabis Cup will take place in San Bernardino from April 21 to 23, 2017. Ticket prices range from $35 to $400.

Boise Hempfest 2017
Idaho Educational Event, the Boise Hempfest aims to change Idaho's cannabis laws. The event advocates for the legalization of medical marijuana, the decriminalization of cannabis, and the development of industrial hemp. The Boise Hempfest will be held on April 15 in Boise, Idaho.

Oregon Marijuana Business Conference
Following in the footsteps of the International Cannabis Business Conference, Oregon will host its own local event on April 28, 2017, in the city of Eugene.

Viña Grow from Villarobledo
The Viña Grow is a cannabis fair held in conjunction with the Viña Rock festival in Villarobledo, Spain, from April 28 to 30. The program features booths, talks, and cannabis competitions. The perfect combination of music and cannabis for €66.

Spring Marijuana Business Conference and Expo
Billing itself as the oldest cannabis expo in the United States, this event will feature 200 booths and 50 speakers for its conferences, May 16–19 in Washington, D.C. Tickets cost 300 dollars

Expocañamo in Seville
From May 19 to 21, 2017, Seville will host the third edition of Expocañamo, an international cannabis fair bringing together industry professionals and visitors seeking medical or industrial information about cannabis. Amsterdam Cannabis Liberation Day
The Amsterdam Cannabis Liberation Day celebrates the international cultural significance of cannabis and aims to highlight all the benefits this plant has to offer. It also calls for greater tolerance and the expansion of hemp use, and challenges the criminalization of the plant, its users, and its growers. The 9th edition will take place on June 11, 2017, at Flevopark in Amsterdam.

Berlin Hanfparade
The Hanfparade, a demonstration calling for the legalization of cannabis in Germany, will take place this year on August 12 in Berlin. This march has been held since 1997 and typically draws more than 9,000 people. The march is followed by concerts and festive events—and Berlin certainly knows how to pull that off.

Seattle Hempfest
The Seattle Hempfest will celebrate its 26th anniversary in 2017. Its mission is to educate the public about the various uses of the cannabis plant, the laws governing its use, efforts toward reform, and how to run a business in this new legal environment. Seattle Hempfest 2017 will take place August 18–20.

Cannafest Canada 2017
From November 10 to 12, 2017, the event Cannafest will take place in Grand Folks in the countryside to the east in Vancouver. For 300$, participants will be able to stay for 3 days and camp on site.

Expogrow in Irun
The 6th edition of Expogrow will take place in Irun from September 15 to 17. More than just a cannabis fair, it’s an opportunity to meet 150 exhibitors from the cannabis industry in a distinctly French atmosphere. In 2016, 65% of the 17,000 visitors came from France. October 2017
Cultiva Hanfmesse in Vienna
The 10th Austrian Cannabis Fair will take place in Vienna from October 6 to 8. More than 100 booths will be set up for visitors, who will have the chance to meet industry professionals, attend conferences, watch glassblowing demonstrations, and enjoy a big free party.

Amsterdam Unity Cup
L’Amsterdam Unity Cup brings together Amsterdam’s coffeeshops for a cannabis competition. The third edition of the Unity Cup will take place November 19–22, 2017, at the Melkweg in Amsterdam. The 2016 Edition had seen 14 coffeeshops compete in the categories of space food, hash, hybrid, sativa, and indica. A good alternative to the High Times Cannabis Cup, even if it could use a slightly more polished organization.

Prague Cannafest
This year, the Prague Cannafest Scheduled to take place from November 10 to 12, 2017, the Czechs will introduce you to their open-minded approach to cannabis through tastings and product trials. As of now, no Facebook event has been created.
