Welcome to Spannabis 2023 in Barcelona

As soon as spring appears in France, the cannabis community is drawn south. And although the bathing season is still a long way off under the Spanish sun, things are about to heat up in Barcelona when it's all about the hemp plant from March 10 to 12, 2023 at the big Spannabis fair.

During the three-day show, exhibitors and professionals from the world of cannabis will come together with the community to share, network and, of course, showcase what's new in the cannabis industry.

International conference on the cannabis trade

The day before the start of the Spannabis trade fair, the’International Cannabis Business Conference (ICBC), a one-day B2B event that is one of the world's most important cannabis-related events, primarily for professionals from all over the world.

Leading figures from science, medicine and politics, as well as important representatives from the cannabis industry, will once again lecture and discuss at this year's ICBC. Leading experts from around the world will gather at the Auditori Cornella on March 9 for a day of extremely valuable contributions to the conference proceedings and the best networking opportunities. Since 2019, ICBC, which since its inception has become Spain's most important cannabusiness B2B event, has always been organized in synchronization with Spannabis.

Spannabis, the fair

As one of the largest cannabis trade shows in Europe, Spannabis offers visitors an incredibly rich range of stands, products and experiences. More than 280 international exhibitors will be showcasing their innovations, while the conference section will be packed with speeches to keep the public informed - on all topics related to the hemp plant.

The Spannabis Champions Cup

In Spain, the Spannabis Champions Cup has rapidly become the most important national cannabis competition. The Cup also enjoys a remarkable international reputation. This year, for the first time, the Spannabis Cup will include, in addition to the usual VIP jury, a public jury which will award its own prizes.

The VIP Jury Awards Ceremony will take place on March 10, 2023 at 7.30pm at the Auditorium Spannabis. The public Jury Awards Ceremony will also take place on the evening of March 10, but in the evening from 9 p.m. in a room in the center of Barcelona, where there will also be a party to which all participants are invited.

The Spannabis program

Of course, in addition to plenty of information and business opportunities, there should also be a relaxing experience around it, and of course there should be no shortage of music. All possible musical styles compatible with the cannabis plant will also be part of Spannabis 2023: reggae, dub, dancehall, hip-hop, soul, jazz, funk, afrobeats, drum & bass, dubwise, neurofunk, electronic music and tropical rhythms. Creativity, music and dance will find the right setting in a great atmosphere.
