Newsweed at the start of the 4L Trophy!
Juliette and Camille met in Madrid last January while they were both on Erasmus. Little by little, the idea grew between them to Embark on the 4L Trophy adventure. Today, the girls are at the starting line, on board their Fabulous 4L, which proudly displays the logo Newsweed, Ready for 10 days full of emotions.
The 4L Trophy: a fun and charitable rally
The race is also an opportunity to highlight eco-civic and solidarity values. Participants work alongside partners such as the association Children of the Desert who supports the schooling of children in the Moroccan South region and the Red Cross.
The initial project includes the routing of financial and material donations such as school supplies (Juliette and Camille brought back 90 kilos that were given to them by the association). Felt-tip pens and Company but also food supplies: each crew is required to transport at least 10 kilos of them.
Competitors also participate in collective construction and renovation projects. The race also highlights ecological values through the «Clean Desert» operation, which aims to limit the impact of crossing Moroccan territory and to raise participants' awareness of the carbon emissions caused by their driving.
