The Paris 2024 CANNAPARADE will be held on May 25, from 2 to 7 p.m.
Each year, the CANNAPARADE marches for justice, public health, and individual liberty. The 2024 edition will be no exception and will maintain its traditional parade between Place de la Bastille and Place de la République on May 25th, from 2 PM to 7 PM, with a backdrop of demands for significant change in French policies concerning Cannabis.
A Plea for Cannabis
This year, CANNAPARADE aims to highlight two crucial dimensions related to Cannabis. On the one hand, the importance of medical marijuana and the urgency of providing access to patients for whom the medical marijuana brings invaluable relief to serious diseases such as HIV-AIDS. The mobilization aims to raise awareness on this vital issue.
On the other hand, the CANNAPARADE will highlight the economic potential of hemp overall. As indicated by the organizing committee, the hemp represents an innovative and promising economic sector. The gathering aims to educate and promote this often overlooked facet of Cannabis.
More than that, the CANNAPARADE wants to work towards a more just and freer future, where policies on Cannabis reflect the needs and aspirations of our modern society.
The CANNAPARADE relies on citizen and volunteer mobilization. The organizing committee is always open to partnerships, decorative floats, goodies, and communication support to reach its full potential. Everyone is invited to contribute to this memorable event, which will take place on May 25th, from 2 PM to 7 PM, from République to Bastille.
