Billy Pacak's strange pipe collection
The legalization of cannabis has led to the creation of many new professions, but also to the development of passions closer to art than to the consumption of weed. Such is the case of Billy Pacak. His trip: creating bongs with a pronounced sexual connotation. All his models can be used as normal pipes.
Billy Pacak considers himself a sculptor. His favorite material is wood: »Wood is the only living material. When I hold it in my hands, I don't feel it's dead. I carve wood by hand. I start by taking a photo of the customer's penis or vulva. Then I create a replica in which they can smoke. It's the ultimate personal accessory. Because of the erotic and exhibitionist nature of the piece, smoking in it provokes something extra. Especially when you spin it around and say «that's mine». He tells a Skunkmagazine When I made my first sculpture, I used my machine as a model. When I saw women smoking on it, I felt naked even though I was dressed.«
However, he admits that his customers rarely use them as pipes. The wood wears out with repeated use. Replicas are no longer perfect.
Billy Pacak has apparently abandoned his productions of sex pipes, but continues to exhibit other sculptures in Los Angeles. You can follow his creations via his account Instagram. Sound Gun Pipe is particularly successful, even if its use (sticking a gun in your mouth for a smoke) might upset some people.
