Tommy Chong launches his cannabis brand
Tommy Chong, actor and legend of the pot scene in the United States, had already joined the increasingly open circle of celebrities who have launched their own cannabis brands with his Tommy Chong OG cannabis strain. The host from ’Almost Legal« now owns the cannabis brand with a presence in the largest number of U.S. states.
Already established in California, Arizona, Colorado, and Washington, Tommy Chong continues his rise as the godfather of American “green gold” by expanding into Oregon. Under the brand name ChongChoice, it will be distributed in Portland at Shango dispensaries.
Its product line
Tommy Chong is already marketing his merchandise, including his machine for rolling «Perfect Joins,» the Futurola Chong Roller.
ChongChoice now offers packs of 5 pre-rolled joints. Customers can choose between Sativa, Indica, or Hybrid, and each joint contains 0.75 grams of cannabis. Also available is cannabis oil that comes with a vaporizer, or a container holding its OG Kush, reusable for effectively storing your weed. Got a little bad breath after smoking a joint? He’s got the solution: a THC-infused candy, just to stay cool and not have to go back down.
However, Tommy Chong emphasizes that it is not a cannabis producer. It selects from among the best growers and distributes their products throughout the United States, using its name as a guarantee of quality.
