Pre-rolls still more popular in Canada than in the U.S.
According to a recent report published by Headset, pre-rolls are even more popular in Canada than in the United States.
Using sales reports from January through June 2022, Headset, a cannabis market data and insights platform, found that U.S. and Canadian consumers collectively spent more than 1 billion U.S. dollars on pre-rolls during that period.
If the Two countries like this product, Canadians love them. Nearly a quarter of Canada’s cannabis sales in 2022 came from purchases of pre-rolled joints. In the United States, sales of pre-rolled joints account for 12.6 % of all cannabis sales, which is 2 % more than last year.
