Mike Tyson launches his line of cannabis seeds with Royal Queen Seeds
Former heavyweight boxing champion turned cannabis entrepreneur Mike Tyson is once again making headlines, this time with the launch of a new line of cannabis seeds in collaboration with the cannabis seed bank, Royal Queen Seeds.
A Champion's Vision for Cannabis
For Tyson, cannabis is more than just a recreational substance.
«Even though his life revolved around fighting, he found peace in cannabis,» his friends and family often say. With its Tyson 2.0 brand, he seeks to share this sense of tranquility with the world, drawing on his own journey with the plant to create potent strains that embody his vision.
The Tyson 2.0 x Royal Queen Seeds collection currently includes six carefully selected strains, each embodying Tyson’s discerning taste and Royal Queen Seeds’ expertise in genetics. From Gelato 44 to the explosive potency of Dynamite Diesel, these seeds reflect the former boxer’s personality and tastes.

With feminized and autoflowering options, the collection appeals to both seasoned collectors and beginners. Feminized seeds ensure abundant genetic propagation, while autoflowering varieties offer convenience and flexibility for the collection, requiring less strict lighting conditions.
A global reach
Its seeds will initially be available in the United States and Europe, and soon in Thailand and South America.
Shai Ramsahai, president of Royal Queen Seeds, welcomed this collaboration: «Thanks to our years of experience as one of the largest seed banks, we have partnered with Iron Mike to help make his genetics available to growers around the world.»
Tyson’s enthusiasm for the collaboration with Royal Queen Seeds is also palpable. He acknowledges the seed bank’s reputation as one of the best in the world, which makes this partnership a «natural fit.» This sentiment is shared by Adam Wilks, CEO of Carma HoldCo, who considers Royal Queen Seeds the ideal partner to help Tyson 2.0 achieve its goal of becoming the world’s leading cannabis brand.
«Our partnership ensures that consumers know the seeds they buy produce the same high-quality cannabis that Tyson himself expects.»
With plans to release 12 more varieties over the next three years, his journey from the ring to the greenhouse has only just begun.
