Dr. GreenRoger, the canna youtuber who would please Arnaud Montebourg
A little gem alert. If YouTube had existed in 1999, there’s a good chance the CIRC would have posted its show *Cannabis TV* there. Since it didn’t, we recently came across an archived version on Laurent Appel's Facebook profile, the show's director.
As for YouTubers, all the «big names» have tackled the topic of cannabis: Mister V (11 million views), Dr. Nozman (5 million views), Hugo All Alone (4 million views), VodK (1 million views) or Cyrus North (289K views). However, the topic is never addressed in a serious or comprehensive manner; the main goal is simply to attract views.
There are indeed Our Cannabis News Report, which is having a somewhat chaotic second season, but Dr. GreenRoger offers us something else: a distinctly French channel entirely dedicated to cannabis, with the goal of covering the topic in its entirety.

Our opinion: The topic is covered well, the editing is cool, and the presentation is stylish. This is definitely the kind of video that was missing from the French scene. StrainCentral better watch out!
