For this fourth edition of Weediner, FrenchFarm.ac and Newsweed were pleased to invite the brand’s friends to L’Eclaireur in Paris for a one-of-a-kind culinary journey. The highlight of the dinner was a bespoke trans-sensory and gustatory experience for the guests.

A “Triptych of Happiness” created by the talented and creative chef Sho Miyashita, the experience was a reflection of his cuisine: an organic connection to his art. For the occasion, the chef explored new frontiers of umami—the iconic fifth flavor of Japanese cuisine—which, along with sweet, bitter, sour, and salty, completes the flavor palette of a cuisine that honors the seasons and its ingredients.

Available as oil, flour, whole seeds, or infused seeds, hemp has truly lived up to its reputation as a «superfood.» Rich in protein, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, and essential amino acids, it nourishes both the body and the mind, particularly thanks to the soothing properties of CBD.

The Weediner is based on a simple concept: coming together around a common theme—well-being.
