CannaSwissCup 2020/21: what's new?
Autumn is here, and with the outdoor harvest, the next CannaSwissCup is just around the corner. For the time being, we're hoping that the next Awardshow will once again be held at CannaTrade, and we present the following new features for the 2020/21 CannaSwissCup:
Number of varieties
In response to numerous requests, CannaSwissCup is expanding at a maximum of three the number of varieties each company can register per category.
New price
The price per variety is now just CHF 250 (€230) instead of CHF 500 (€470), This would also make it easier for smaller producers to take part in the CannaSwissCup.
More analysis
In addition to the CBD and THC content, the CannaSwissCup will now also analyze the CBG content The results are eagerly awaited! In the event of press reports of tainted cannabis, submitted strains will now also be tested for the presence of synthetic cannabinoids, to make sure nothing is overlooked.
