Hawaii Senate passes cannabis legalization bill

The bill, SB 3335, represents a comprehensive effort to revise Hawaii's approach to cannabis. Among its main provisions, the bill aims to allow adults 21 years and older to possess limited quantities of Cannabis and cannabis concentrates. This latest legislative project builds on previous attempts to legalization of Cannabis in Hawaii. Last year, a Similar bill has advanced in the Senate, but was ultimately blocked in the House of Representatives.
