It's extremely difficult to watch «Pulp Fiction» without dying for a Big Kahuna burger, the signature sandwich from the fictional Hawaiian franchise invented by Quentin Tarantino, who turned 54 yesterday.

To do this, Babish pan-fries pineapple slices, tops them with two beef steaks and Monterey Jack cheese, and puts them in Hawaiian rolls soaked in Teriyaki sauce.
