Which countries allow cannabis cultivation?
The legalization of cannabis is often accompanied by a right to self-cultivation. This varies from country to country, both in terms of the number of plants authorized and the equipment that can be used. Here's a list of countries where it's legal to grow cannabis.

Indeed, the 2008 amendment abolished the concept of large and small quantities as a means of differentiating between personal use and cannabis distribution.
