The year 2025 will be an eventful one, full of cannabic happenings in Europe and beyond. Here is the calendar of cannabis events for 2025. All precise dates have not yet been announced and will be updated. This list is not exhaustive, but includes the main events.

Cannabis Industry Summit

The Cannabis Industry Summit SANCAP is South Africa's premier B2B event for cannabis professionals. On February 12-13, 2025, it will offer numerous networking opportunities, expert speakers and information on industry trends, designed for suppliers, licensed producers and industry consultants.

UIC 2025

UIC 2025 takes place from February 21 to February in Brisbane. Organized by United in Compassion and the’Australian Medicinal Cannabis Association, is a major event focused on improving quality and compliance in the medicinal cannabis industry. With panel discussions, workshops and networking opportunities, the symposium aims to foster better regulation, ethical prescribing and industry growth while prioritizing patient well-being and tackling stigma through science and education.

We The Patients

The first event We The Patients will take place on March 1, 2025 in Zurich - organized by patients, for patients!

The challenge is to create a space where people can connect, feel heard and learn from each other: inspiring personal stories, practical advice and insightful talks from healthcare professionals.

Cannabis Summit

The Cannabis Summit is a gathering of leaders and professionals from the regulated cannabis sector taking place in The Hague (Netherlands) on March 7, 2025. It serves as a platform to share knowledge, explore industry trends and discuss regulations and best practices.

International Cannabis Business Conference

The International Cannabis Business Conference (ICBC) brings together cannabis industry experts from around the world in Barcelona on March 13, 2025. Aimed at all cannabis professions (growers, dispensary managers, cannabis-related businesses, community activists), participants will discover tools for developing their businesses and changing cannabis laws.

ICBC will also be present in Berlin on April 29 and 30, then in Slovenia at a date to be determined.

Spannabis from Barcelona

Surely the most eagerly awaited event in the Spanish cannabis world, the edition of Spannabis 2025 will take place from March 14 to 16 in Barcelona. The show will feature cannabis-related exhibitors of all kinds: tools for cultivation, accessories for consumption, clothing brands, seeds and other solutions for testing the quality of cannabis.

Indica Sativa Trade de Bologna

The ninth edition of the Indica Sativa Trade will take place from April 11 to 13 in Bologna. The event brings together industrial hemp professionals, seed growers and associations to discuss the legal situation of cannabis in Italy. Attendance is estimated at 25,000 visitors.

Cann'Agri Expo

On April 19 and 20, 2025 Cann‘Agri Expo will open its doors at l'Agronaute in Nantes. WeedFest Warsaw Festiwal

On April 19 and 20, Warsaw will host the WeedFest Warsaw Festiwal, for the fifth edition of this fair. For the first two years, the fair was reserved for Polish companies, but the event now welcomes more European companies to celebrate the occasion.

Konopex

The 8th Czech cannabis trade fair KONOPEX will be held from April 25 to 27, 2025 in Ostrava, Czech Republic, in the TripleHall Karolina complex. KONOPEX combines a B2B trade show and a B2C trade event, with a three-day program of conferences, music and entertainment. Over 120 leading Czech and international companies will be presenting their products, services and innovations.

Athens Cannabis Expo

On April 26 and 27, 2025, Athens hosts the Greek International Fair for the industrial, medical and recreational applications of hemp and cannabis. It will showcase product innovations in the cannabis sector.

ICBC Berlin

ICBC Berlin has become a must-attend event for European entrepreneurs and activists. It's also an opportunity for potential investors to find partners on April 29 and 30. ICBC Berlin is Europe's largest B2B cannabis trade event. The conference will once again feature a unique mix of cannabis policy, advocacy, industry and networking.

Mardi Grass at Nimbin (Australia)

This peaceful event is organized every year by Australians to support cannabis law reform, celebrate it and educate people about the benefits of the plant. This free, open-air event will take place from May 2 to 4, 2025.

CannaPortugal 2025

Founded in 2021, CannaPortugal is Portugal's first international hemp and cannabis exhibition. CannaPortugal aims to raise awareness and promote the cannabis industry worldwide, with a focus on Portuguese-speaking countries. See you on May 16 and 17 in Lisbon.

Medical Cannabis Fair

The event describes itself as Latin America's largest and most important professional and B2B fair on the medical use of cannabis. It will take place from May 22 to 24, 2025 at São Paulo's Expo Center Norte.

La Cannaparade

Like every year now, the French Cannabis World March, now known as the Cannaparade, returns on Saturday May 24 from Place de la Bastille to République in Paris. Starting at 2pm.

Boise Hempfest

An Idaho educational event, Boise Hempfest aims to change Idaho's cannabis laws, which remain extremely restrictive when it comes to cannabis. The event campaigns for the legalization of medical cannabis, the decriminalization of cannabis and the development of industrial hemp. Boise Hempfest will be held on May 10 in Boise, Idaho.

BizCann

BizCann Expo is a major cannabis trade event for South and Latin America, taking place in Medellín, Colombia, on May 24 and 25, bringing together industry professionals to explore opportunities, innovations and trends in the cannabis sector through expert panels, networking and exhibitions.

Grow Up Conference

The Cannabis Expo

Cannabis Expo is Africa's largest event dedicated to the trade and consumption of cannabis. Buds and Beats

The first Buds and Beats Cannabis Festival will take place on Saturday, May 31, 2025 in Zurich's Hall 622. Visitors will float on a «green cloud» through the various festival zones. June 2025

Cannabis Means Business

This business-oriented fair (who'd have thought it from the name?) aims to bring together cannabis entrepreneurs from around the world. It will be held in New York on June 4 and 5, 2025.

EIHA 2025 Conference

The 2025 conference of the European Industrial Hemp Association (EIHA) will be held in Berlin from June 11 to 13.

Cannacon

One of the biggest events for cannabis products, services and ideas, Cannacon usually attracts over 11,000 visitors. This year, the show is divided into 3 events and begins its tour in New York State (Rochester) on June 12.

It will then continue in Lansing (July 18-19 - Michigan) and Saint Paul (August 12-13 - Minnesota).

CB Club

The CB Club is an exclusive cannabis business networking event held prior to the Mary Jane. show on June 18 in Barlin. It features selected companies, interesting roundtable discussions on key industry topics and opportunities for in-depth conversations in a relaxed setting. Mary Jane Berlin

The festival returns for a Berlin edition, boosted by the legalization of cannabis in Germany, with 14,000m² of exhibition space, concerts, stands and cannabis-related conferences. 25,000 visitors are expected. It runs from June 19 to 22. We were there last year and found it hugely impressive.

Cannabis Europa

Another benchmark event for the European cannabis industry, Cannabis Europa will be held in London, at the Barbican Center, on June 24 and 25. The conference series aims to bring together industry players to facilitate exchange and support the development of the European therapeutic cannabis industry.

Inlove Mary

Inlove Mary is a new hemp trade fair in Bavaria, offering a dynamic platform for exploring the latest hemp trends, innovative products and diverse applications, from medical uses to sustainable materials and cosmetics. National Cannabis Festival

Created in 2015 by a group of enthusiasts to celebrate the legalization of cannabis in Washington DC and elsewhere in the US, the National Cannabis Festival has managed to make a name for itself. It has notably hosted the band Cypress Hill and attracts over 10,000 participants each year. The festival takes place in Washington D.C. on July 18 and 19.

Berlin Hanfparade

A demonstration in support of cannabis legalization in Germany, this year's Hanfparade will take place on August 9 in Berlin. The march has been held since 1997, bringing together tens of thousands of people. The march is followed by concerts and festive events, and we trust Berlin to deliver.

Emerald Cup

The last Emerald Cup took place in August 2024. Dates for the next one have yet to be announced, but should be held around the same time in Oakland, California. This Cup is the rendezvous of California growers and celebrates cannabis grown outdoors and in greenhouses, in sunlight and without pesticides. If ever there was a Cup in California, this is it!

Cannabis Business 2025

This conference brings together the world's cannabis leaders for a series of presentations on the state of the cannabis and hemp industry in the country where it is held. It takes place in Frankfurt on August 28 and 29. An Asian edition is scheduled for Bangkok on October 27 and 28.

Montreal Cannabis Expo

The Cannabis Montréal expo is the largest business exhibition for the cannabis sector in Quebec. It's the perfect opportunity to join in the discussions on how Canadian companies can prosper in the medical cannabis industry, whether in Quebec, Canada or internationally. Cultiva in Vienna

The Austrian Cannabis Fair takes place in Vienna from October 3 to 5. Around a hundred stands await visitors, who can meet industry professionals, attend conferences, craft demonstrations and a free evening party.

Homegrown Cup

This end-of-harvest festival originally focused on artisanal cannabis production, with one indoor and one outdoor edition in recent years. In 2024, it was held over a weekend in July for «personal» competitions and on December 14 and 15 for a Coffeeshop Cup. We're betting on a repeat edition this year around the same dates.
