United States: 7-Eleven to sell CBD products
7-Eleven, the famous American convenience store chain, won't miss out on the CBD boom. By the end of the year, 4,000 stores will be selling CBD products.
In a press release, Phoenix Tears explains: «This agreement confirms our belief that the CBD »is now establishing itself as a mainstream wellness option. We look forward to ushering in a new era of effective, holistic, hemp-based supplements that are now as easy to buy as stopping by a grocery store."
Phoenix Tears signed this agreement with one of 7-Eleven’s suppliers, MarketHub Retail Services, which works with the chain’s franchisees. 7-Eleven initially denied any plans to sell CBD products, but a Phoenix Tears spokesperson confirmed the agreement at Cannabis Now.
The first U.S. states to sell these products will be those where medical or recreational cannabis has already been legalized, including the California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, and Washington State, to avoid any legal action. Also, the The CBD will be derived from hemp and not varieties of psychoactive cannabis.
Phoenix Tears plans to be available in 7,000 stores within three years. The Colorado-based company offers a wide range of products, including tinctures, anti-aging creams, immunity-boosting creams, oils, and more…
