Event on June 20 in Amsterdam: «Police officers speak out on drug policy».»
Law enforcement officers are on the front line of drug policy: not only are they responsible for enforcing drug laws, they also have to deal with the problems associated with substance use, prohibition and drug-related crime.
Law Enforcement Action Partnership (LEAP) Europe, an NGO from law enforcement agencies who advocate law reform on drugs, will hold two panels in Amsterdam on June 20, addressing drug law enforcement issues from an international perspective.
During the event, law enforcement officers from the Netherlands and abroad will speak about what is lacking today in controlling the illegal drug chain.
The event can be followed live:
- On site, at OBA Oosterdok, Amsterdam, 6th floor. With a €5.61 ticket (available here), which also entitles you to a free drink voucher for the after-event.
