A female White Widow clone was crossed with a carefully selected male White Widow. In 2012, the original variety was shared in its purest form.
The direct genetic lineage («IBL») is strong, a lineage that comes straight from the original champion strain, developed by our old friend Ingemar, known to many as ‘The Father of the White Widow’. This powerful plant takes its name from the dangerously powerful Black Widow spider, in combination with the thick layer of white crystals covering its resinous buds.
Expect characteristics that have earned this plant a very strong reputation for its commercial capabilities. A vigorous plant, its growth is uniform and becomes bushy early before stretching out when in flower. This variety is ideally suited to SOG, SCROG, LST and other formations, making it ideal for growers working in limited spaces. The numerous side branches produce large buds, bursting with trichomes, which exude its flowery fragrance.
