Illegal online cannabis platform advertises on the London Underground
An unusual advertising campaign on the London Underground! Dispenseroo, a platform for buying cannabis online illegally, decided to pull out all the stops to promote itself: putting up posters in the Tube. This obviously raised a few eyebrows among Tube users, who could read:
«Do you love 🍃? Use code ‘tube’ for £5 off. #dispenseroo».

If social networks are already widely used by the black market, such as these dealer snapchats, A physical poster campaign is still quite uncommon. In any case, the quick searches carried out on Deliveroo attest to the site's legitimacy, in the same way as Hub420 or Stardoggy, which already made it very easy to buy and have weed or cannabis products delivered to your door in the UK.
A spokesman for Transport For London, which runs the London Underground, said after being contacted by a local media outlet: «These ads are not authorized by TFL or our advertising partner Global. This is illegal postering, which we take extremely seriously. We have already asked our subcontractors to remove all such posters found on our network.»
