Farmers who decide to meet the demanding standards of this label respect the natural rhythm of the earth and create a living, closed-loop ecosystem. To achieve this, they work with micro-organisms such as worms and fungi, which improve the quality of the soil and produce their own products. fertilizers and nutrients which will be used to grow them from their waste.

The farm is located on a family plot in the Geneva countryside. The Edelgreen team breeds CBD-rich genetics for the Swiss and European markets in accordance with the label's principles: animal and plant waste is composted to make fertilizer, water comes directly from a spring in the Swiss Alps and electricity from solar panels. What's more, the young farmers use soil dynamization techniques such as dynamic accumulators, which store the energy released by biomass and release it when needed, improving soil structure and quality.
