Sativa Amsterdam is a coffeeshop in the historic heart of the city, located at Spuistraat 118 in the Centrum, just behind Magna Plaza and a few minutes' walk from the Dam. The address has a long history: formerly known as Monaco, then Green Planet, the shop has become Sativa Amsterdam under its current management, whose staff boasts over twenty years' experience in the Amsterdam cannabis scene.

The entrance opens onto a half-basement, and it's here that the shop reveals its character: an interior clad entirely in blue and white Delft tiles, traditional Dutch ceramics, giving it an immediately recognizable and authentically Dutch visual identity. The space is warm and intimate, with a few seats in the smoking lounge.

Selection is one of the house's strong points. Local flowers and Cali varieties, imported resins, edibles, including an Amsterdam Coffeeshop Award-winning space cake, the menu is regularly renewed and prices are among the most reasonable in the city center. The budtenders are renowned for their good humor and personalized advice.
