Weed taffy
A cannabis concentrate with a consistency similar to that of caramel. Taffy is gently heated, then stretched and twisted to expose it to oxygen, which changes its consistency. It is sometimes called «pull ‘n’ snap» and is usually made from rosin.
What is taffy?
Taffy, also known as «pull ‘n’ snap,» is made using a method similar to that of caramel. A little heat is applied to the mixture, then it is stretched and twisted—the goal is to expose as much of it as possible to the air so that it oxidizes, which changes its consistency.
Taffy is typically made from rosin or concentrates produced through heat and mechanical separation, but it can also be made from chemical extracts. Taffy is considered more stable than many other types of candy, and less likely to crystallize and harden over time.
Taffy is usually made by machine for efficiency, but it can also be made by hand.
