United Kingdom: a masked hero distributes free cannabis

A masked hero is handing out free toilet paper, hand sanitizers and cannabis on the streets of Manchester. The man, who goes by the name Outlaw, is known for distributing money to the homeless as well as for previously handing out free cannabis in Manchester city center.

His latest stunt comes in the midst of the coronavirus epidemic in the UK. While he had planned a «4/20 Smoke Tour», his schedule was disrupted by the virus. He decided to help those in need.

«I sent out a request on my Instagram to see if anyone needed anything. I received over 6,000 delivery requests from various subscribers. From the elderly to the young, vulnerable and disabled, or people who are simply running out of weed. Outlaw's got your back. Spreading positivity in this dark and uncertain time is necessary.»

«This week, I donated over 300 packets of toilet paper, four ounces of cannabis, hundreds of small jars of disinfectant and six large cases of bottled water,» explains Outlaw.

He can be seen on his Instagram loading up his van stamped «Free essentials. Toilet paper - Buds - Bottled water - Pre-rolls - Disinfectant” and handing out his products including £800 worth of cannabis to grateful Mancunians.
