When we were researching the development of medical-grade cannabis, we looked at Nebula, one of our award-winning strains. We've always said that the original beats with a Mediterranean heart; strong and healthy but sweet. For these reasons, the strain was already a popular choice with medical users. Working with the CBD team, we enhanced its natural personality and modified its cannabinoid profile to create Nebula ll CBD.
For many medical users looking to grow their own weed for self-medication, the «high» THC enjoyed by recreational users is often a side effect they don't want. Cannabidiol (known simply as CBD) is the non-psychoactive ingredient in cannabis that promotes body relaxation among other things. By using THC in combination with CBD, the psycho-active effects are suppressed while retaining the health benefits.
The CBD content of Nebula ll CBD strain is 7% compared with 7% of THC, a 1:1 ratio that assures the user healing power and the most subtle effects. With Sativa genetics in its composition, this plant naturally grows dynamically, producing a thick main flower, side branches with large, fragrant and heavily laid buds. Resin yield is also high, unaffected by the higher CBD content, with even the youngest buds showing an oily coating.
Nebula ll CBD is a good all-rounder for growers. It will do well indoors, although it has a tendency to shoot towards the light, requiring a little management. However, it responds well to training and is particularly effective in an environment such as the Sea Of Green (SOG).
For the grower who wants to take it outdoors, this plant has versatility in its genes. It will obviously perform well in southern parts of the world, but it will also delight gardeners further north (as far as the UK, parts of Canada and Germany) who will benefit from its relatively short harvesting time (60-65 Days) and interstellar harvesting potential.
The final product comes with a fruity taste. As for the effects when vaporized, burned or ingested, Nebula ll CBD will provide welcome relief for many of the symptoms and illnesses that affect medical cannabis users.
