Cookies soon to be distributed in Canada
Cookies, the iconic cannabis brand, will soon be legally distributed in Canada.
Cookies products will initially be available exclusively in Ontario through the’Ontario Cannabis Store (OCS), by the end of 2021, before expanding to a wider distribution in other provinces.
Gage Growth, a cannabis producer and distributor in Michigan that already operates Cookies-branded dispensaries, will partner with NOYA Cannabis, a production company hydroponics A high-end brand that obtained its cultivation and sales license from Health Canada in 2018 to bring to market strains selected by rapper and entrepreneur Berner and his cultivation partner, Jigga.
These strains that have made Cookies famous include Gary Payton, Georgia Pie, Medellin, Lions Mane, Soap, Cheetah Piss, Blanco, and more. In addition to Cookies’ iconic strains, the partnership will also bring other Cookies brands to Canadian consumers, such as Lemonnade, Minntz, Runtz, Grandiflora, Powerzzzup, Run The Jewels, and Collins Ave. A Cookies retail store is also scheduled to open in Canada by the end of 2021.
«Over the past decade, I’ve prioritized taste and experience,» said Berner, founder of Cookies. «I’m thrilled to be working with Gage, a company that’s just as passionate about our brand as we are, to provide Canadian consumers with some of the best flower and cannabis products available worldwide. It’s great to be able to diversify the current flavor profile on the Canadian market; with a flagship store planned for Toronto, I think Canadian connoisseurs will be proud to have Cookies. NOYA is already familiar with our cultivation standards, which should ensure a smooth and impactful launch of the Cookies brand in Canada.».
